SHOW GUARANTEE:
-Seller shall not be held responible for the development of non-genetically derived diseases or disorders which are due to the Buyer's negligence.
-Such puppy is guaranteed against juvenile cataracts for 2 years, hip displasia for 2-1/2 years. Buyer agrees to have such puppy checked against eye disorders by a registered ophthalmologist at 1 years of age. Hips (OFA's) will be certified at the age of 2 years.
-If said puppy is determined by the Canine Eye Registration Foundation (CERF) to have juvenile cataracts or by the Orthopaedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) to have hip displasia the puppy will be replaced by the breeder with a dog of the same quality from a furure breeding. The buyer also has the option of a refund price that is equal to the purchase price on this contract. The breeder will be furnished with two different veterinary statements that the animal has either of these conditions. Buyer agrees that the affected animal will be spayed/neutered before a replacement will be made. Such animal will not be used in any breeding programs until all OFA's and CERF's have been cleared. If such animal is bred before certification all guarantees are void.
-Buyer agrees to show this puppy for AKC or UKC or CAN confirmation events to the completion of his/her championship at the expense of the buyer.
REGISTRATION:
-This puppy is being sold as "Show Quality".
-Seller guarantees that the dog is eligible for registration under the Rules & Regulations of the American Kennel Club, and will provide the proper forms for such a registration.
KENNEL NAME USE:
-The prefix "QUDOS" will be used as the first word in the dogs registered name. This will not be changed by the buyer. "QUDOS" is an AKC registered kennel name. The registered kennel name adheres to the rules and regulations of registered kennels under AKC regulations.

Note: This is a sample contract - original contracts are held in the possession of Qudos Siberians, Reg. Copies will be given to the buyer upon sale of the dog. Qudos has the right to change this contract at any time before signing. Contracts will be signed by a licensed notary and by signing the Buyer understands and agrees to all terms and conditions set fourth in this contract. This contract is enforceable under current American Kennel Club rules regarding Contracts and Registrations. Any and all violations of this contract will be held in the State of Michigan Courts. Any legal fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
