HEALTH GUARANTEE:
-The puppy is guaranteed in good health for a period of 48 hours after sale of the puppy. Buyer has the right upon purchase to take said puppy , within 48 hours, to his/her own vet for a complete health check and must report health check to breeder with that 48 hours.
-If puppy is verified by a vet within the 48 hours to be sick from a pre-existing condition a replacement will be made from the same litter or a litter in the future if the puppy dies- which ever is available at the time. Replacement puppy will be of the same quality. Buyer also has the option of getting back the purchase price of the puppy if returned to the breeder. The breeder is not responsible for the cost of the veterinary exam or any injuries/illnesses caused by the buyer.
RESPONSIBILITY OF BUYER
-Buyer is responsible for the complete care of this puppy which includes proper environment, nutrition and all required vet and medical attention.
-Buyer will not tie such dog to a dog house or be chained outside or inside. Puppy will not be neglected or abused in any manor. Breeder has the right to take back possession of the dog at any time if such thing occurs.
-Buyer hereby agrees that the named dog is not being acquired for illegal purposes, not will it be used or trained for activities which are illegal or for which it is not suited by reason of temperament. Specifically it will not be used as a guard or attack dog or to hunt or fight other animals. Nor will it be used specifically for money making ventures, or personal profit.
RIGHT OF RECOVERY
-In the event that the buyer is unable to keep the dog for any reason, or chooses not to own the dog any longer, or provide an appropriate home, the dog will be offered back first to the breeder immediately at no charge. AKC registration will be returned to the breeder with all ownership returned to the breeder. The buyer is advised to find a new home for such dog with the approval of the breeder. The breeder is however under no obligation to take back the dog at any time. The dog will absolutely not be taken to a Humane Society or animal shelter for disposal. The dog will not be resold without the breeders written permission. Such animal will be spayed/neutered before being placed in a new home. All fees for spay/neuter will be the responsibility of the buyer. The breeder will be given names, addresses, and phone numbers of the new owner if the dog is placed in a new home.
-Buyer understands that this puppy will not be sold to a puppy wholesaler or pet shop or be used for any scientific research, or puppy mill, or animal shelter of any kind or buyer shall be fined $1000.00, with money owed in full and in cash to Linda & Eric Quarterman.
